Firstly, I personally welcome you to the Carolina Cupping and Tele-Concierge Medical Clinic.

Dr. Paruk completed his Family Medicine residency at St Elizabeth Family Medicine Center in upstate New York. He is board certified in Family Medicine

We are based in the Cary and Raleigh areas and will be offering in person and remote services.

Through telemedicine we can see urgent care appointments for common medical problems. We also offer a concierge service or yearly membership to address long term care needs for patients.

Dr. Paruk has worked in various hospital centers locally in Cary, and has over 10 years of experience with adults, children and the elderly. In 2023, Dr Paruk has started Carolina Cupping and concierge medical clinic that focuses on preventative health, weight loss, cupping, and telemedicine. Our goal is to provide you with high quality compassionate and individualized care.

Personally, Dr. Paruk is a mango plant hobbyist, loves learning about different cultures and a humanitarian. He has traveled extensively and also participated in medical relief missions in in areas of need.
